With race day fast approaching, Jackie takes the show on the road and heads three hours north to meet Keegan and Matt Myers–founders of the M-22 company–at their Traverse City store.
With part of their colorful store displayed behind them, Matt and Keegan give Jackie the rundown on why they decided to offer a race like the M-22 Challenge. They hope it helps spread the word of the beauty of the M22 corridor while also bringing the community together and giving athletes from all over the chance to “Challenge” themselves against the elements.
Of course, Jackie couldn’t ignore talking about attitude and how it affects Matt and Keegan and their running of such a successful event and company.
The risk involved with starting a business and navigating through life on their own, “non-traditional” terms remind Matt and Keegan that attitude is crucial to day-to-day living and being open to whatever comes their way.
